Back Office Support. We are experts in both construction services and the insurance claims process. Our expertise in preparation of the Xactimate estimate combined with internal processing of all supplemental claims provides for a distinctive competitive advantage. The American Restoration construction, accounting and administrative team provides exceptional back office support on every sale.

Job Description
Generate Leads. Canvas/network with Property Owners in storm damaged areas.
Conduct Free Damage Inspection and damage assessment.
Report damage assessment finding to Property Owner.Collect 1st Insurance Proceeds Check and turn-in to American Restoration Office.
Conduct American Restoration Services Presentation to Property Owner using Presentation Book and marketing material.
Explain Contingency Agreement and other sales documents to Property Owner.
CLOSE THE SALE!
Assist Property Owner with filing their insurance claim.
Explain the claims process to the Property Owner.
Meet the Insurance Adjuster to discuss the scope of damage.
Complete all required sales documentation and turn-in to American Restoration Office.
Collect 1st Insurance Proceeds Check and turn-in to American Restoration Office.

Note:
American Restoration requires a criminal background check and conducts random drug test screening for all accepted applicants. Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle required. Must be a US Citizen.
